CereCore® recently welcomed Michael Gagnon who joined the team as the company’s first Enterprise Fellow. As Enterprise Fellow, Michael will not only provide technical direction and guidance in the areas of IT solutions, cloud and disaster recovery management, but also he will focus on driving innovation that support successful IT strategies for our clients.

Most recently, Michael has been serving as a Solutions Architect with NTT Data and developed Dell’s MEDITECH cloud hosting and disaster recovery offering. He managed resources that support Dell’s MEDITECH hosting environment (MSITE) and Disaster Recovery Solution (JSITE).
Michael has held many roles as an information technology professional, beginning with network design and project management to technical sales lead and Vice President of Information Technology. When it comes to designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, his approach has led to success. An excellent leader with high technical acumen, Michael brings more than 15 years of experience in cloud and disaster recovery implementations and extensive understanding of operations policies, standards and procedures, pricing, business development, and product rollout.
When it comes to IT management, Michael has designed and implemented various infrastructures: data centers, WAN and LAN network solutions, voice platforms, computing, cloud computing, and client support services. He has led IT staff through implementation projects for a variety of clients worldwide, include brokerage services, accounting, and even for US embassies.
Michael resides in Hampton, New Hampshire with his partner of 20 years, Michelle. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys all ocean water sports, including deep sea fishing as often as he can.
