CereCore outscores professional services category average in every pillar

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – CereCore®,  a leading provider of healthcare IT services, announces an exceptional achievement in 2026 KLAS ratings for the Managed IT Services segment and high scores (four A’s) across all customer experience pillars. The company has received an impressive overall KLAS score of 93, marking the third year to be highly rated in this competitive category.KLAS Research, a research organization that helps healthcare providers make informed technology decisions by offering impartial vendor performance information, recognizes CereCore's dedication to excellence and innovation in delivering top-notch IT services to healthcare organizations.

The Best in KLAS reportprovides meticulous analysis of client feedback gathered over the course of a year, assigning weighted letter grades to measure five critical customer experience pillars—Loyalty, Operations, Services, Relationship and Value.
