Securance, a MEDITECH-trained and approved technology assessment firm, evaluates a variety of components through an independent, bi-annual MEDITECH Partner Infrastructure and IT Process Assessment.
The goal of the assessment is to help ensure a quality experience for customers, and the rating is based on industry-defined standards for each assessed component and compared to assessment results. More than 30 components were evaluated, including internal audit reports, service level agreements, data center controls, backup processes, disaster recovery plans, information security standards, staff qualifications and much more.
CereCore scored 5-stars, defined as Best Practice, on 29 out of 33 assessment components and scored 4-stars, defined as Standard Practice, on the remaining four assessment components.
