Kim Waters, principal consultant with CereCore advisory services, said there are many interesting use cases for AI to help sift through data for actionable insights, and organizations should start with low risk, high impact areas that will help accomplish organizational goals.  
     
  • Staffing remains problematic. Peyman Zand, chief strategy officer with CereCore, recounted focus group discussion where a CIO suggested taking employee preferences into consideration could help with retention. He also said CIOs are turning to managed services to offset retention challenges.
